Museum & Living Archive · Heritage Film Studios · Innovation Campus
A cultural and spatial programme exploring how architecture can preserve memory, activate heritage and support future generations through education, storytelling and community infrastructure.
Developed by Studio RDN-X as part of the wider Design Associates Africa framework, the work is rooted in Igbo history, material culture and spatial traditions.
THE CHALLENGETo safeguard and share a living heritage while working towards the ambition of new cultural, educational and economic futures — as one connected programme rather than isolated buildings.
STUDIO RDN-X INTERVENTIONResearch-led masterplanning and architectural thinking across the programme — from the arrival sequence and landscape systems to exhibition, learning and research environments.
Museum & Living Archive
A regenerative archive and museum campus combining exhibition spaces, learning environments, landscape systems and research facilities — designed not only to preserve the past, but to create new cultural and economic futures.
Heritage Film Studios
A heritage film-studio programme exploring cultural storytelling through architecture, landscape and the spatial reconstruction and interpretation of distinct historical periods.
Innovation Campus
A future-facing campus bringing together education, research, technology and creative innovation as part of Arochukwu’s wider cultural and spatial programme.
