Most masterplanning processes begin with constraints — site boundaries, planning policy, development quantum, viability thresholds. These are necessary, but they are not a starting point for good placemaking. Studio RDN-X begins with a proposition: a clear argument about what a place could be, grounded in its context, its community, its cultural geography and its spatial potential.
