1. Who we are

Studio RDN-X is an architecture and interior design studio based in London, UK. The data controller for your personal data is:

2. What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes described below.

Project enquiries and brief submissions

When you submit a project brief or contact us directly, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Your site address and location
  • Information about your project, including type, budget and timeline

Legal basis: Your explicit consent, given at the point of submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@rdn-x.com.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Vercel Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track you across websites. No consent banner is required for this purpose.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used so that we can improve it.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your project enquiry
  • Assess whether your project is a good fit for our services
  • Communicate with you throughout any engagement

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your separate consent. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own use.

4. How long we keep your data

If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we will retain your details for up to 12 months and then delete them.

If you become a client, we retain project-related personal data for 7 years after the completion of the project, as required by UK tax and professional indemnity regulations. After that period, your data is securely deleted.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below), subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement with us. We only use providers that offer appropriate protections for your data.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.
  • Right to restriction — you can ask us to restrict how we use your data while a complaint or request is being resolved.
  • Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Right to object — you can object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interest as our legal basis.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no cookies requiring consent are set.

If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent mechanism.

8. Data security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Brief submissions are delivered by email to hello@rdn-x.com and are not stored in any database. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at rdn-x.com/privacy-policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
