The Work
PAM is Studio RDN-X's own platform — a professional development and learning environment for students, educators, mentors and practices across the architectural industry. Every structural and interaction decision was made through the lens of systems thinking, producing a platform that serves a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem with clarity and operational coherence.
The platform integrates experience logging and professional progression tracking across RIBA stages and ARB competencies, mentorship governance workflows connecting students and registered practitioners, educational simulation tools for understanding architectural practice and regulatory frameworks, and lifelong learning infrastructure for continuing professional development.
PAM is the proof of concept for what interface architecture looks like when built with the rigour of built design. We bring the same thinking to every client platform we take on.
